My cuts from earlier this week got infected. It hurts. Any advice?

Though you were fine posting it in C&SH, since it's infected I think you might get better answers here.

Clean it out really well with purified water, and if you have the resources to get some, there are different creams and treatments to help it heal. Put bandages on the cuts to keep them clean and change them regularly, wash it out again in between bandage changing. I hope it gets better!

What Hannah said. Also try pouring hydrogen-peroxide over it. The infected part will start to react with HP, making foam or making the skin turn white. It doesn't hurt and it's good to clean the infection with it between changing bandages.

Like they said. Hydrogen Peroxide.
And clean it often with purified water, if possible. Also, make sure you bandage it, and change the bandage regularly to keep it clean.

Clean the area really good. since its infected the scab might come off easily. once the scab is off and its kinda open pour hydrogen peroxide over it. once its done reacting and dry put some ointment on it then a bandage on it.

Clean the area well & apply a little honey [ a natural antibiotic ].Then cover it with a dressing. Change the dressing & appy hony every day until the infection has gone
