new and need help

hello, I am really struggling at the moment and just need somewhere I can go where I don't feel so alone all the time. I am 19 year old girl and I have just moved out of home to achieve my dream of becoming a teacher but I have self harm and depression tackling me in the mean time. I feel like no one understands me. please help me.
