Don't worry too much about this just yet. You're still developing, so the thickness, consistency, or amount of semen you ejaculate can vary. Also, it could happen if you masturbate more often than you are used to (more than once a day); that could also lead to less semen being ejaculated (your body never runs out permanently, but it can take a day or so to replenish its supply of semen).
