It might be the angle or the shaving cream you could be allergic

Do you possibly have little red bumps in the areas that you shaved? If so, I would say you probably have some little ingrown hairs. It happened to me when I completely shaved once... They shouldn't be any problem and should just fix themselves as the hairs grow. If it itches a lot, I would advise possibly using a warm compress on the area, and or wearing loose underwear...

Because they're irritated. They're not like normal and its a shock to your body.

you are just not used to it i guess same happened to me so now i just trim it

i just keep it trimmed because it gets itchy for me too, i guess its because there's a lot of hair all close together and particularly tough/wiry and it grows fast so, like after a day, its coming up again and gets itchy and catches on underwear etc

If you don't want the itch then trimming is the best way to prevent it

you should have up, and they itch because they are prickly when they are that short.
