Yeah, 2-3 times a day sounds pretty normal. I'm guessing my average is twice a day. It can get up to 3 a day on weekends and in summer, and occasionally more, but there are also days when I'm really busy and do it 0 or 1 time, and very rarely multiple days without doing it (usually due to vacation or camp, or sharing my room with visiting relatives).
