Why does Nintendo hate youtube?

Those of you who watch Boogie2988 know I stole the title from his video.

Nintendo has decided, instead of taking all revenue from Nintendo brand gameplay on YouTube, they would split it equally between themselves, the creator, and Google.
Now, if you going to male a video, on ether BF4 or Pokemon Sapphire. And you know, if its about pokemon you will only get 1 third your usual pay. Your simply not going to make Nintendo related videos.
This, in effect, destroys all of Tue free advertising that is given to other games. 99% of devs will give early access to YouTubers so that there game is out there, in the publics face. Many deva scramble desperately to get there games on Let's Players channels. Why? Because its the best advertising around.

Nintendo, has just shot themselves in the foot....no, in the face. They have basically destroyed all the free advertising they could have had, perhaps destroying them when it comes to new game releases.

What's your opinion on Nintendo's latest move? Good? Bad? Stupid? Let me know

I guess with the Affiliate Program they want to get the best out of the free advertising they do get - and that makes sense for them.

Anyone can still make you tube vids just that if they want a share of the revenue they have to register -

Yes, bit the problem is, no one will want to make vids about it now, as they will get payed less than if the vid was on another game. This eliminates there free YouTibe advertising.

Not to mention, there advertising is total sh*t. Without YouTube they basically have no effective adversptising.

I would still Make Nintendo videos even if i got Paid less or not at all.if i enjoyed there Games and had there Consoles i would but i don't so yeah.And not all Partners like Myself do it for Money either its actually the worst Reason to make Videos.

How does it Eliminate Free Advertising?.From my Understanding Nintendo got so much Bad PR they Silently Dropped there Deal and stopped Claiming Content that is Legally there's to or tho some of it Should be Protected by Fair Use.
