It depends on that persons sexuality, if that person was gay then they may get turned on by two men doing stuff together, or maybe both if there bi.

well its still down to your sexual feelings, basically if your straight/bi you mostly get turned on by women, meaning seeing two women having sexual activity together is quite stimulating for someone.
