I'm with the others, pick whatever you personally think looks good on you. Don't let others dictate what you wear, just make sure it suits your body shape and is aesthetically nice. Fashion trends come and go, if you try to keep up you'll just turn into a puppet for others and will end up spending tons of money for ultimately nothing.
