Hey whats the most advanced/best thing you ever cooked? Could be anything from gourmet food to a *GASP* different kind of Hot-Pocket.

Mine would be a Hawaiian Burger, with help from my mom (a bit, only for turning on the grill and buying ingredients). It is basically a burger with swiss cheese, ham, pineapple, homemade chipotle sauce, lettuce, and the buns. First had it in the BVI, loved it, and re-cooked it.

French toast. It was a big deal for me because the most elaborate thing I had cooked before that was boil in a bag rice.

Banana bread. It was the biggest pain in the ass and I have no desire to ever go through that again.

Aha, Russian Fudge. 3 1/2 cups of sugar in a 20 x 20cm baking pan. Has to be healthy...

Chinese Moo Goo Gai Pan, lots of Prep and ingredients, takes a while to get all the parts cooked. But it all depends on what type of recipe you're using
