I was wondering where the best place to get a polarizer lens. I have a Canon Eos Rebel t3i and the lens size is 18-55 if that helps.

they sell them at Target for like...15$?. but if you are planing on buying different lenses, you can also get some online for about the same price, maybe even less.

Ebay, Amazon, B&H Photo, Adorama...
Just make sure you get the correct sized filter... 18-55 lens from Canon should be the 58mm size, but I'd double check that- it should say somewhere on the lens.
I'd just recommend getting a quality filter... don't just slap a crappy filter on your good camera and lens, that'll just degrade your quality. Opt for something a little more expensive, from a well-known brand, and with good reviews.

You can find them on Amazon, like YaM said, it should be a 58, but bits been manybyears since I lost interest in photography so I'm quite rusty.
All I can say for sure, is don't but a crap filter, I made that mistake and you could really tell when comparing it to some of my high quality ones. Also,

some golden advice right here^
I prefer B&H/Adorama to Amazon in instances like this. Amazon tends to sell a lot of cheapos and in this case you get what you pay for.
I suggest getting a Tiffen or Hoya branded polarizer, I've used both and they're pretty solid. (Tiffen is U.S. made and Hoya is foreign, Hoya is more expensive obv, but it is more expensive for a reason, it's really good.)
Yes, I have the 18-55, it is 58mm.

I bought a 52mm one for Nikon (I think canon is 58mm) for £3 about $5 from Amazon and it works great

The thread size should be on the inside of the lens cap if you need to check that bit :) I'd recommend Hoya or Tiffen, definitely quality filters.
