So I was going home on the bus this afternoon and a thought came to me. Do guys who have regular wet dreams cum heaps? As in when you ejaculate, heaps comes out. I have never had a wet dream myself so I can#t comment from my own experience.

Some people who have had wet dreams have commented that it seems they cum more in the wet dream than when masturbating. It is worth bearing some things in mind, though:

1. The more spread-out liquid is the more there appears to be. Semen soaked into underwear or sheets may appear to be more than when it has been shot all in one place.

2. People report getting wet dreams more readily having not ejacuated any other way, for example by masturbating, for a while. People also report that ejaculating less frequently results in bigger ejaculations (up to a point) so this does not suggest there is anything special about the wet dream and the amount.

I can see a line of equiry in that maybe only people who have started to produce lots of cum would have enough to get a wet dream but I can't see that this is likely because:

1. Some of the people who report having wet dreams have only recently started to ejaculate.
2. Some people who have reached adult cum volume still don't have wet dreams.

I've never had a wet dream. But we know semen production and amount are factors of the specific person. In others words - an 11 year old won't have a wet dream in "heaps" like a 16 year old. And even in the same age group - everyone has a different amount and consistency.

On an individual level - semen production is associated with arousal time. I think most guys know that if you can delay ejaculating as long as possible - you will ejaculate a lot more. I would imagine a wet dream would be far less arousing than masterbation since there is no physical touch involved & the person doesn't have full consciousness to reach the optimal arousal for more semen production to occur. I would go as far to say that wet dreams release a smaller amount of semen than even masterbation - but other factors apply.
