i'm only guessing, but i figure it's two nerve connections spazing. i get them fairly often. the eyeball ones are the worst. tomtiger10 the neurology aficionado needs to weigh in here.

Yes - I have had the almost exact thing happen. Belly button to penis - its more of a sharp pain than a sting because its so quick. It happens on occasion - not sure what triggers it.
