How to ask friends?

Well I am really good friends with a mod in my grade and we have been friends for a while I don't wanna make it awkward but how do I ask to compare because I tried to bring it up using other people but he wont tell me. I told mine?

I was at my friend Dale's house ( this was 3 years ago I was 12 and he was 15 ) Anyway I was sitting on his couch in his bedroom and all of a sudden he wiped his thing outa his pants and asked me if he should go see a doc. ( cause it was small ) and I was like Whoa soo I would recommend thinking of different senarios before I would say anything.

If you told your size and he won't tell his, you can assume he's small. That's why he won't tell you. I saw my best friends soft size when we went swimming and changed in the swim locker room.

Hes one of those people that doesn't hang out with a lot of people and is secretive and you can tell we always joke about it but he wont say his. I have probably talked about every baked person I know to him to try to get him to come out
