For the past I wanna say 2 months, there have been times where I've went to sleep and then when I woke up, I'd be covered from neck to toe in sweat. I've slept with the same blanket for my whole life so it's not a heat thing. All I know is that it's really fucking disgusting..

Anyone have an idea as to what's causing this?

I struggle with this too. Usually I just leave a window open so its nice and chilly in my room before I go to bed. That seems to help. Also sleeping not fully under the covers helps too.

I think the sweating is from how late I eat - I usually have dinner late and then ice cream + protein shake like 15 minutes before bed...maybe the body trying to digest all that food is what causes it.

no idea. i'm a sweaty guy in general so i'm just used to it now. i agree with will, maybe try sleeping with a window open or a fan on and see if that does anything

Just sleep naked on top of your covers.

Never got that sweaty in sleep, maybe its what you sleep in or you should let more air in

That never happens to me, try eating earlier and sleeping half out of the covers.

I had that happen to me today, but it was because I fell asleep in the sun with pants on...

Try sleeping with a fan on you, or open a window maybe?
