Chat room problems

So every time I try to load the chat room, it loads where the chat should be, but instead of doing the "Authenticating via html" thing, just stops... Why is this?

Its possible your Java isn't up to date.

I updated java yesterday, or at least tried to, it said java was up to date. Maybe shockwave isn't up to date....

The chat doesn't use shockwave. Make sure you have Java enabled/unblocked in your browser preferences.

I completely removed java, re installed it, but now chrome just crashes when I go to load the chat room...

Are you using Chrome on a Mac? If so, it's incompatible with Java as the browser is only 32-bit, while Java is 64. I'd recommend trying another browser (and even if you're not on a mac, try another one anyway if you haven't, just in case this is the issue).

I have the same problem, Ive updated it , I turned it off and turned it on , I tryed re-installing it , Ive tryed using a different browser NOTHING works

I ever wondered why I can't enter in chat room. I tried clicking many times but I didn't get a response.Since, I make an account in this site,I can't seriously enter! Oh! What do I need? How can I enter? Anybody, please help!?
I want to know how does the chat room looks.

Try updating your java/or whatever plugin it asks for

I click on the link and it gives me a white loading screen & thats it. I have the lastest Java Update , my computer is new ( windows 7 operating system ) I've tried 2 other browsers , I tried a different computer and used 2 different browsers and it STILL didn't work.

Guys, if there is a thread at the top of the section that is the exact same as the one you're going to make, please post in that one rather than making multiple for the same exact topic.

If your java is up to date, it must not be enabled on your computer. You have to find it in your system preferences and enable it for the chat to work on your computer.

I have enabled it, disabled it, and the re enabled it about 5 times now...
