When I was young, a buly in school jumped directly onto my back, sending a huge amount of force through my spine. After this event I could hardly move for days without intense pain. However I kept this quiet because I thought I would get in trouble for it, IDK what I was thinking.
The pain could have been torn muscle, slipped disks, cracked ribs, or just a simple cramp. A large number of things could have caused it

Every now and then the pain from it flares up, about once a week the pain returns and hurts me all day, in the same place that hurt when I was jumped on. This has been happening since the incident however I never got it checked out as I simply love with it these days, to menits normal now.

However its been happening almost every day now for about 3 weeks without any rest. Again in exactly the same place.
Do any of you know what could be causing this pain?

I'm pretty sure you should see a doctor if they pain has been there for three weeks.

It might not be entirely related to what happened to you when you were young, but you should definitely visit a doctor about it. If you don't want to tell what happened, which is understandable, just try to make up an equivalent story so that the doctor still gets the correct information. And I'm sorry for what happened to you, to each according to their deeds, you will be fine. (:

As it transpires it has been my mode of transport that has been cauing the problem, i ride a motorbike. The front forks where damaged (broken for seal). This meant that the bike was vibrating every time i put on the breaks, because of the seating position all the force has been goinf through my spine making my back flare up.
Now that I have fixed the forks my back has calmed down, I went to the doctorb and he gave me some pain killers to help.

Glad I figured out what was causing the problem though. :)
