Calisthenics (use of bodyweight to exercise). There are plenty of videos you can play along with on YouTube. For the pure purpose of getting in shape, and not bodybuilding, I guess it's the best option.

I do this and it works. Bodyweight exercise is something I like. Try FitnessBlender on Youtube. It is free and has a ton of videos, facts, how tos, and is majority calisthenics. I've been exercsing for about two months with them and already see small results.

Try swim. Now I'm swiming, but my fat is not reduced.

Any ideas?
I bought a pull-up bar for $15. After 3 months I went from being able to do 2 in a row to 30. I can do 100+ a day(in sets of 10). Also just run 1-2 miles a day. That's like an hour a day of working out.

I agree, try the FitnessBlender channel on Youtube. They have some great series of exercises, most of them are not long, but very challenging.
