There's this guy who I've been talking to. I only want to be friends with him, but he wants to date me. At first he asked innocent questions about dating, then he asked me to kiss him. Lately he's been asking for more. He wants to touch my boobs and see them. He also offered to show me his penis. I declined. He also asked to have sex. I declined as well. I'm thinking of cutting off all contact with him. This has been going on since November or December. I used to find it amusing but now he's crossing some serious lines. He also seems like a cheater. He asked to date me when he was dating a girl. He recently started dating another girl. He's still asking to date me and do stuff with me. Apperently his girlfriend allows him to. I highly doubt it.

Would completely avoid people like that.
You should never put up with a guy saying things like that and asking those kinds of things if you're not comfortable with it! A firm "No. Please do not ask again." is your best bet, if he continues I would avoid contact with him completely! Talking to other people or not, if they're asking for things like that when you're not comfortable with them asking, that's not on.
