Combinations are possible. It's not like having two separate ones at once, you still only have one orgasm if it's "happening at the same time", the sensation is just affected by the stimulation causing it. So it's not like having 1 clitoral and 1 vaginal orgasm separately just because the clitoris and vagina are stimulated at once, you have one orgasm with feelings from the clitoris and vagina, if that makes sense.

Multiples can be different though because they're different orgasms
