Has Anyone Lost Their Parents?

The title makes it sound like it's nothing :/.

But, has anyone here lost their parents?

I'm looking for someone to talk to about it, who would actually understand what a gaping hole in the soul it makes and how difficult it is when someone tells you that you "need to move on".

I just can't handle those two words. Move on.

Anyway, i'd really appreciate it.

Well, i don't know where to talk about it. So I guess i'll just put it here.

I lost both my mom and dad in a car crash when I was 14.5. And it just left me completely crippled to live my life. Even saying "live my life" here, feels like a horrible thing to say. Just like moving on. I just can't imagine in my head of it being okay. Of it being right and normal and possible. It's just not. And I can't ever think of it as being okay.

Well, my dad left a long time ago, before I can remember. I haven't ever met him or even talked to him. I know what you mean by the gaping hole, but I wouldn't ever want to see that guy.
