i just started football, and i'm too embarressed to ask my coach, how do you measure yourself for an athletic cup a/o jockstrap

It goes by waist size mainly. There are 3 sizes. Small medium and large for 3 age groups. Pee wee, youth, and adult. It doesn't actually go by your penis size

Same size as your underwear, they are made so everything fits inside unless you are wayyyyy above normal size

I guess it depends on your age and your weight. How old are you?

Like the others say, Jocks are the same size as your underwear. Dont get to small or to large. Ball size makes no difference. They do have 2 types of cups, the standard, then the banana cup that bulges out a bit more and has more room but most don't like the big obvious bulge in the front. If you can deal with that, get one of those. I wear that type and its fine. Shock Dr. has them.

It isn't based on penis or ball size. Go look them up online, you'll see.

Unless you have a foot long dick or bigger it doesn't matter. I played football for 7 years. Just get the same size as your regular underwear and you'll be fine

Usually waist size. The cups are made to fit most sizes unless you're really "big" (which I am not)
