Up to I know, extreme sizes are not prefered. Too small is not desirable neither too big, like between 4.5"-7" would be ok.

Big and small are pretty broad terms. At either extreme end of the spectrum we may start having problems, but honestly the difference between say 4.5 and 7.5, in general, matters much more to most of y'all then it does most of us.
