Does anyone have methods for getting rid of marks left after light cutting with a knife?
They have gotten less visible in the last year BUT if anyone looks at my arm for even a few seconds they will spot them, I don''t want no converation about it for obvious reasons

I use bio oil ,it helps a bit to fade the scars I have from cutting .It does take time though ,but it works .If you can get hold of some ,try it - good luck !

I believe the long term us of something called Rescue Bio Oil is supposed to cover up scars, marks and other skin blemishes. However it doesn't do anything short term and they say it can take up to 6-12 months just to even show minimal signs.

1. how bad are they?
2. makeup works! (i wear makeup all the time to cover up everything from acne to wounds) dont underestimate the cover up!
3. if you put on moisturiser on the scars it can soften things up and possibly conceal it better ( depends on the deepness and size of the wound/scars)
4. dont scratch/pick or touch them too much as they may turn red and become more noticeable.
5. lastly , immedietly after wounding put on a anibiotic cream made for wounds. it reduces scarring.
5. if you need any help or just someone to talk to message me. im on frequently!
