Its normal, hair tends to trap the sweat and it therefore feels less sweaty.
You'll find that when you grow older it'll possibly go away but some people always sweat in that department and the only thing you can do is buy the powders etc that stop you form sweating as much. I'd recommend obviously washing regularly as well.

One of the many functions of hair is to keep pheromones in and less noticeable. Remove the hair and those smells are set free. It also protects the skin from particular bacteria. I have only ever shaved mine twice in my life( once when I was 13 and again when I was 16). I have never shaved my balls, so I don't know about the feeling there. The smell will only go away when the area is cleansed. So shower more often and that should help, this issue I am almost positive will last beyond puberty.

thanks, the only prob is that i live with my grand parents and they are old fashiond about water and say i can only take a shower once every two days i guess i have too look in the powder department
Yea GoldBond powder or any analgesic might help when shaved or if you can't shower daily then just try taking a warm wet washcloth to your genitals to cleanse the area, this is also a quick way to reduce the sweat and smell when shaved.

Well it'll be a bit of an awkward conversation but you could tell them because you're going through puberty you sweat more, your hair is more likely to become greasy etc and that you'd appreciate it if they allowed you to shower once a day, preferably in the morning.

I tried that I might just have ti use the washcloth methoed
I think that is an alternative. As the weather gets warmer it will become even more important. Also use some drying powder to absorb the sweat and odor.

Normal. When your balls have hair it tends to sweat less. But when your balls are shaved then the heat from your thighs will cause your balls to sweat

yeah man ball sweat is natural nothing wrong with it -- however annoying it might be.
