Well, I don't know how open your mum is in terms of her sexuality, so I don't know if it would be extremely awkward or just something to laugh about. But something to consider before asking, what would you accomplish by confronting her about her vibrator? Are you just trying to find out why she has one or do you just feel like you should talk about it? Because if you have no valid reason for talking to her about it, it may just get awkward. If I were you, I would just try to forget about it.

Yeah, I agree with Unicorn Dude that it all depends upon your relationship with your mother. Also it doesn't sound like it was very well hidden if it was in the guest room, if you're pretty open with your sexuality with her then tell her. I don't think it's at all appropriate for you to talk to your mom about her vibrator. It's really none of your business. However, explaining to your mom that her outfits make you uncomfortable (don't outright let her know that they turn you on, just hint at it, say you're growing up, etc) may not be a bad thing. She should realize that it's not appropriate to dress so skimpy in front of her son.
