You are 14? Personally, I wouldn't tell anyone. If anyone, tell a trusted adult or parent. People your age can be unpredictable and backstabbers. (not trying to bash anyone's friends)
Also, hesitate. What if your hormones are making you feel this way and you arent really bisexual? It can be a whole lot easier to come out to people than to go back in. (sorry for analogy) Just make sure that you are CERTAIN! You definately dont want to make a mistake. Especially with puberty and everything. You could make a very big mistake that you definately don't want to make.

Like Addison said, definitely think about it before telling anyone. If you're sure she won't freak out or go telling people, go ahead and tell her you're curious. But if you call yourself bisexual now, and then later on decide you're straight, it'll be hard to get her to take you seriously.
Also, it'd be good to consider what you're expecting to gain from this. What do you expect her to say, other than "Alright, good for you"? There might not be a need to tell her until you're more certain. Just a thought.
