Thread Subscriptions

Hello, I have been having problems with my Thread subscriptions, and they haven't been emailing me weekly, and ALL my threads are on Weekly emails, and there is new posts coming into the threads every week. (And yes I have told it to turn off Notifacation then back on and still, no emails!) and it's not going in my junk either. This is my 2nd time I've had this problem. The first time it was resolved by turning off email Notifacation then back on, but this time it didn't work.

I know you've said they aren't going to your junk folder but have you tried adding VT to your approved email recipients? This would normally come under white list.

I looked in my email settings and everything and I don't think my email has that option. My email settings do have a Block email option and I made sure VT is NOT in there, which is good.

It's difficult to say.

Have you done a test by unsubscring to a thread and then re-subscribing to it? I noticed that long time subscriptions, the messages stopped coming. So maybe that could be the problem.

I get my weekly emails from VT every Monday.
