Puffy Nipples!

Okay so I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else during puberty! It's may so it's almost beach weather and in the last half year my nipples have been big and puffy and soft! And it beyond emberasisng! Info munching it's gyno but how can I get rid of it and did this happen to anyone else

I have gotten pretty big nipples like you described. I think it's just puberty.

Its a part of puberty, they can become bigger and puffy and by the time you start edging out of puberty they'll return to normal. I believe its usually caused by a hormone balance gone slightly wrong. Nothing to fear, a lot of people go through this during puberty and its perfectly normally.

Mine have always been like that and probably always will be, just one of those genetic things.

Gyno is EXTREMELY common.
Atleast a third of boys gets this, just some more visable than others!
It's tabbooish for some reason but it's a part of most guys puberty at one point of another.
There's no need to do anything drastic unless they don't go away after puberty

I don't think mine ever really got puffy, I couldn't tell though because I have a bit too much breast fat to notice, but like two weeks ago I went on a very long hike and ever since then I feel the muscle under my breasts has gotten firmer. Is this just rapid muscle development from the hike? It probably is because I could also feel the muscles in in my thigh-leg area become firmer...

It's normal. I cant say I've personally experienced it, but a lot of my mates have.
