I have a problem relatively with porn. It is because every single day I watch porn and I am likecraving for more of it the next day. My problem is I can't controll it. How can I control this addiction?

get another hobby?
Like, instead of watching porn, watch a movie or a TV series
and instead of touching your dick, um... idk you get the idea, right?

Watch Sherlock. You'll get hooked.

Install some porn-blocking software if you're mature enough not to disable it immediately.

Go for a walk in a park. Need to do it badly? Try not to succumb, and if succumb you must, there's a public bathroom.

Reduce your access to more specific occasions. Don't cut off porn abruptly, it'll work for a while and then all of a sudden a relapse even worse than before. "Reward" yourself occasionally only when you did something memorable in your life.

And best of all, relax. Maybe the bigger problem is that you perceive it as a problem.

I tried that and I lasted a week before I disabled it. But I did start running again and I was too tired to watch porn.

I have a way to stop myself jerking 100 times a day that works quite well.
Go for extremely long walks, its not tiering so you won't hate it, you always find somewhere new, you'll learn your area much better, you can't wank in public so....ye. I started walking and now have huge muscles in my legs instead of in my right arm.

And don't cut yourself off like that guy said, reward yourself, set yourself goals and when you do them, feel free to have fun. ;)

True true. I just didn't want it enough. I'll definitely do that if it becomes a problem again

You can Actually block certain websites by going into your Hosts file as admin on your computer (Windows OR Ubuntu/Linux) and typing in a certain IP address than the website (Ex. 127.00.01 www.S3x.com.) in order to quit watching porn you would have to go cold turkey (IMO), and maybe find another hobby to replace watching porn.

As for jacking off its deemed healthy. (as long as you don't over do it.) I read something a couple weeks ago about jacking off being related to "preventing" prostate cancer (or holding it back, only remember it vaguely.)

Make yourself busy , Ive had that problem before but now I don't . Do something like cleaning ( I dreaded it but it was better than well you know ) or listen to music or something., Just something to use up all of your attention
