Cum washes out with normal laundry detergent on a normal wash programme. Blood needs special attention as the heat of a normal wash tends to fix the stain rather than remove it. The solution is a cold wash.

To answer the original question I have never had one. Getting the ability to ejaculate is obviously one of the stages of puberty but that doesn't necessarily result in wet dreams. Masturbation seems to make them less likely but there is clearly some other variation between people because some people get them even with frequent masturbation and others have to abstain for a very long time to get one.
