So I've been taking fitness, and excercises really seriously since about march. If anyone wants to talk about workouts and share there workouts with me, I'd love it, I'd also be willing to give advice to anyone to needs it

For the past three months, I've been working all of my muscles. But for over a year I've been working on my abs. I still mainly focus on my abs. I'd love to share ab workouts. Maybe you can give me some tips. ;)

I'm not on a specific routine. I work abs about three times a weeks, (giving them days to rest up, and I make sure to work each other muscle group once a week. I also get a lot of running on the treadmill, and other basic cardio.
I was at 135 lbs, and with dieting and cardio I'm now at about 125 bs. So I've lost weight. My six pack is almost there and I have a slight v-line. My biceps and triceps are now starting to have a little bit of outline. My gluteus muscles are more firm and shaped. My chest muscles are still pretty weak.
My goals are to get a six pack and v-line by mid-July. I want to continue getting some outline on my shoulders and arms, and build a some chest muscle.

Hey Romero, I'm in competitive boys gymnastics and we do plenty of abdominal conditioning if you want some stuff. Or anything else really.
