Hi everybody , i am 15 this year and my penis haven't grown yet ( only 4.7 inches when erect ) and i heard most of penis grown at the age 14 . So i will get a small penis or i am late at puberty ( already have hair anf voice change )

It is possible, that you could just be a late bloomer. I wrote a blog article on Puberty and how it usually categorized into stages. (You can get to my blog through my signature.
However, this might be just different in your case and it is not unusual. If it worries you talk to your parents or GP

Not every 15 year old is the same, some grow earlier and some later, you may just be at the later end. On top of that somethings come first (voice, hair) before other things, in time everything will develop.

I'm 16 and its only started to grow more in the last year, and getting bigger thankfully, I felt I was going to be very small and was worried but size wise im catching up now :P

I started puberty with 15 years almost and everyday I've been noticing changes in body, so take your time cause it's going to grow. I know it sucks but be patient.
