I'm just guessing that this goes here but I'm not 100% on that... Anyways, as you read in the title, lately (as in the past 2 months or so), I've been sweating a lot when I've slept lately. Just this morning I woke up like 3 hours early because I was really sweaty and it felt nasty. I immediately took a shower and now I feel better. The sweat didn't smell bad at all. It was odorless.

Is this normal or what? If it is, what's the reason? I really don't know why sweating while sleeping relates to growing.

It's like 70-72F I do sleep under a warm blanket, but I always have.

Are you super stressed or something?

Try ditching the blanket and see how it goes.

Other than that, I'm not really sure.

I've been really stressed recently and I've been waking up sweating really bad as well. Are you stressed out?

I do sometimes, but I also sleep with a very light blanket and with my window open to keep things cool.

Can't say I know myself, but whenever I take a nap I always wake up really hot and sweaty, but on a normal sleep it doesn't happen unless my room was really hot.

Same here, but this only happens when my ac vent is closed or the window is closed. Try opening the window and get a lighter blanket.
