Some people can be quite large when they're soft so don't change much in size when they go from soft to hard. I'm 3 inches soft and 6 inches hard so it has to grow, hence I'm a grower

lol I'll trade places with you. If you are average size and a shower that means you have to deal with your penis in a whole different way just doing normal activities. When I was around 13/14 it meant it took very little stimulation to go from soft to hard. Just the way I scooted in my desk would pop a boner! So, being a shower in the locker room may seem desirable, it's not so great most of the time for me. So be happy that you can ignore your penis most of the time and enjoy a handful at the appropriate time.

I think most guys are growers, in health class they said that the avg guy will be about 6 inches when erect, but a soft penis varies from a short as 2 inches, but will grow to 6 inches, so don't be too quick to judge (the small ones end up being the same when erect)
