I'm 16 and haven't had a girlfriend or kissed a girl. I have a lot of friends who are girls and i scared of being rejected. What should i do?

I would say don't ask someone out/kiss someone purely for the sake of getting the experience. If you have a particular girl in mind, or you develop feelings for a certain girl, then get to know her and then ask her to maybe see a movie or something!

Tips for asking girls out:

* Be confident (but don't be a jerk). Even if you get rejected, you'll find out that it wasn't meant to be. Life does go on.
* Be nice to her/make her feel good about herself. Tell her that you think she's a great person and you want to get to know her better and see where things go!
* Also, even if you get rejected, remember that EVERYTHING is either a good experience or a learning experience. Rejection hurts, but you can't live your life in fear of it or else you will barely even be living at all.

Best of luck to you! I'm curious to hear how things go! :)
