Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but I found this sick video that I have started to show people when ever they ask me what Krav Maga is. It's a short film using every technique taught in the art, and is very well made IMO. Hope you guys like it. If you want a workout, and want to beat on people, there isn't much better options than Krav

Yeah, Krav Maga is a pretty bad ass fighting style. Up there with Jeet Kune Do, Aikido, and American Boxing.

Agreed. I really appreciate aikido's policy of peace and balance, but sometimes you just have to ruin someone's day

Krav Maga is cool, but I think Pencak Silat is much more suited to just whooping someone's ass.
