How do you get a guy to wear a dress?

Yeah weird question but were trying to get my friend to wear a dress and he's a guy, so like how might this happen or does anyone have any stories of a guy being made to wear a dress or something?

I wore one without someone persuading me but that was for Mardi Gras...but I guess money or getting him drunk could work.

My elder sis with her friend used to strip me to my briefs and get me to wear frocks/dresses when I was like 9 or 10.....they wanted to see how the dresses looked when worn....I too was really stick skinny and looked girlish at that time...I remember being taken to a malll for a shopping spree in a dress..by them!!!!
