I've made a thread asking how far away you'd want to go for school, but I didn't ask for specific names. Where do you want to go to school after high school?

I eventually want to go to University of California at Riverside, but I'm just going to start off at a local community college to get my transfer credits.

I'd really like to go to a school in Illinois called Vandercook School of Music, but honestly that might be kind of a far fetched dream.

I would love to attend MIT someday. Caltech would also be nice though.

Princeton University. It's very unlikely that I'll get accepted, but not impossible, so I'll keep hoping!

Probably NYU, or Tisch to be specific.

This is a toughy.

Yale would be my dream.

Then again, WUSTL would be really nice as well, and probably a better goal for me.

Well, when I visited Stanford in 2012 I fell in love with the place (despite me not being a huge fan of the US) so I'd say there, yet I know with my current GPA I'm so not going there.

I would never want to go to an ivy league school. There's way too much pressure to perform at a high level, way too much you have to do to get in one, and the cost is way too high. I go to a small liberal arts school right now, and I couldn't see myself going somewhere with more than a few thousand students. An education is an education, so if you can get one and not go into deep debt, that's the best opportunity (in my opinion).

I originally wanted to go to UFSCar for college, but given the opportunity (after ~3weeks) I decided to stay at UNIFEI. :)

As for my master's degree, wherever I can go in the U.S. with a scholarship. Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado or Canada peferably.

I like the crappy college I'm at right now and so I've just applied to do the next 2 years there too :P:P "Hereford College of Arts" - it's a boring name.

I'm in a community college now, whether I plan on moving onto a 4-year depends on how much I still want to move up with my current employer. But I did always like the idea of going to college for like a year maybe in another country.

The United States Naval Academy in Michigan.

Next year as a junior I'll be doing community college criminal justice and welding. I took welding this year too.

I don't have dreams of private schools or Ivy League. My absolute dream school is up in Nor Cal, Humboldt State University. I can't handle the cold though. I need to be way further south where the sun shines all day and the air is dry and hot. So Humboldt is more of a fantasy school. Right now I'm thinking Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I don't know how dry and hot it is there, but the town is beautiful.
