This is ridiculous. I am tired of people seeing lawsuits against the automotive companies as a ticket to fortune. This country is sue happy! It's disgusting. Take some personal responsibility for your own stupidity and lack of judgement. Don't go around a corner that only can be safely maneuvered at 25mph.., at 97mph, 100mph, or 145mph. If you do and inc an injury or death, you have only yourself to blame.

Lying, Greedy BITCH.., this is partially why such lame, styleless cars are built now days. Everyone sues the automotive companies for their lack of intelligence and ability to use common sense.

Next, she's going to sue the City of Santa Clarita - for placing the light post in an unsafe position, and for planting too many trees on Hercules Street that are also unsafe for a Porsche Carrera GT (or any car driving by a fool) (SARCASM)

The guy was showing off and lost control of the car because of high rate of speed. Being Paul Walker was an occupant and had money up the wazoo lets get a top notch attorney and sue Porsche, we're suppose to over look the recklessness act of going +100 mph down a main street and feel sorry for two stupid men were killed. You play with fire you're going to get burned.

I'm sorry but what the heck is she thinking?

9 year old tyres + speeding = Crash, that's. Fucking. It.

I don't believe in stereotypes, but this does really match the "I sue you for everything" one. Jesus Christ.

P.S: there's no need to rage that much and insult, OP.

Person drives fast car fast, person gets killed because of it, person's family sues fast car company for making fast cars fast. Sounds about right.

To be honest i think this case will die down really quickly, and is of little significance.

Really I don't think there's a case to begin with. it was the drivers fault not Porsche.

This is just plain stupid. How can you blame a company for making a fast car?! If your going to drive like an idiot, an an extremely powerful sorts car, without any proper safety gear or any skill what so ever. Then its your own damn fault.
