I'm in 8th grade and I'm thinking of having a regular teen party at my house on May 31. It's going to be during the day into night. It's a unisex party for both guys and girls. (I'm a girl btw...) We are definitely going to go in our basement and play the Wii and listen to music and stuff. :metal: And we're gonna go outside and play manhunt, but obviously only when it gets dark. The problem is that I don't know what to do between that time because we can't just play the Wii in my basement the whole time until night. And yes, my parents are going to be home but most likely not in the basement so we can't do anything too inappropriate. I'm expecting at least 7-10 (maybe more) people to attend. So, I need ideas on what activities or games we should do that aren't too childish and aren't too inappropriate. It could be a little inappropriate, but not too much.

Thanks in advance! :yeah:

Have a pool party
Play spin the bottle
Go on a scavenger hunt and ring all your neighbors doorbells
Those are all free and lots of fun

I'll try to remember as much as I can about my own sixteenth which was held recently (which you guys call Sweet 16th right? I think)
- A dance off (or sing off- I did both!)
- A massive game of Truth or Dare
- Food!! (In this case, house party food- i.e. chips, candy, lots and lots of soda etc.)

Hope this helps a little...these ideas hardly cost a thing! And did I forget to mention that a marshmallow roast is romantic and cheap too? (But only at 11pm though hehehe)

At a party we usually have music and dance, do dance battles fooling around and we do Truth or Dare. That's basically everything besides eating, lol...I guess I'm only at lame parties.

Buy HEAPS of silly string and give a few cans to your best friends and ambush the rest of the group and spray them till they can't move!!!

Play singstar or some other form of karaoke, laughter guaranteed :p

We sometimes play a game where everyone writes the name of some celebrity / important person on a paper, and give the paper to someone else to stick it to their forehead.
Each person may ask questions where the answer can only be yes or no. By asking questions you have to try figuring out who's on your head.
A person can ask as many questions until the answer is no, than the next person can ask questions, repeat this as many times as possible and try figure out the right person as fast as possible :)

Nice ideas. And we are definitely going to have lots of food. But what's the differentce between regular and massive truth or dare?

Here's an idea if there is already music, food, and drinks. You can tell everyone to bring a white shirt, give everyone markers at the start of the party, and make some sort of graffiti party, that's both original and doesn't cost much.

More people. More dares. More inappropriate moments- LOVE IT :) [Four of my guy friends got hitched that night because of it. It's hilarious]
