My friends are neck to neck

well this had been going on for 3 days but one of my friends which is friend T is being a complete douche to friend K. T promised K that he would be at his party and ended up not commong, then K contacted him and he never answered. Now being the 3rd day T wont respond to anyone but to one of his friends that lives in NJ. But T doesn't know that if he loses K then he loses all his friends hat school because he has no where else to go and make friends, I'm trying to settle this but cant, I had to chose Ks side because K is also the guitarist of my band and he has beem there more for me than T. I dont want K to end it with T and for me toend it with T.

Sometimes you just have to let things work out on their own.

Maybe give it some time (like a few more days), and then try to contact T again and tell him that he should talk to K?

Too much drama. Just have things work out on their own. Let everything settle down first, whenever I have problems with my friends, as angry as I am, like running them over with a car angry, I know I'll get over it.
