Hey everybody, and welcome to our Penis Size thread. Here, you can vote on your size and see how it compares to others who are still in puberty!
Do not lie or exaggerate about your size - your vote is completely private and you have nobody to impress!

We're all at completely different levels of puberty and all are different sizes. All of us grow at our own rates and at different times, and we'll pretty much end up the same size!

How to measure properly - just to make sure that we all play by the same rules and don't measure in some freakish way 0_o


Length - the length of your penis from base to tip

Get a full erection by masturbating, playing around with your gf/bf, etc
Get a ruler and place it on the top of your penis
Usually, you have some curves in your penis. Just bend these out so it lines up with the ruler
Don't push the ruler into your body - just to where it's fully against your body
Girth - the circumference or distance around your penis

Get a full erection by masturbating, playing around with your gf/bf, etc
Get a measuring tape and loop it around the thickest part of your shaft (not the head of the penis - just the thickest part of the shaft)
Remember not to make it too tight - just snug enough to fit around your bud
Am I normal?

The thing is, we can't really tell you. You're in puberty and you're gonna grow - puberty usually ends in the late teens or early 20s. If you're in puberty, you're gonna grow, and you could grow an entire inch (1.5 cm) in a year. We can't tell you whether you're average or not because size and development varies so much from person to person because you're in puberty.
So really man, don't worry about it. If you're 13, 14, 15, 16, or 17 and 4 inches, you've a ways to go and you'll grow a good amount.



Facts about size:
Penis size exercises, pills, extenders or pumps have not been proven to work on everybody. They're usually a waste of money and aren't worth the time - especially when you're in puberty, and you'll grow anyway!
The average adult length is between 5 inches and 7 inches (12.7 and 17.78 cm). If you're anywhere in this range and still a teen, you're already average for a grown man and definitely not small
A lot of girls (and guys) have said that someone who's 8 or 9 inches and above may hurt. This isn't everybody, but don't think that you have to be this big
Whoever you want to go out with, have sex with or live with shouldn't care about how big your penis is, because they should love you for who you are.
You could definitely turn out smaller than average. Maybe 4 inches, or even 3 by the end of puberty. But that's no reason to get upset man! You've got your whole life ahead of you and you should find someone you really love that doesn't care that much to dump you just because of that.

Gage, there is no "normal" size for 13-14 yr olds! Everyone is at different stages of puberty! Sizes range from 2" - 8" at 13 and 14, 3" is fine as a size, you have no reason to fret! (Also, there are plenty of guys in your class who are probably still in the middle of puberty, or just beginning. You'd be surprised!:D)

6.5 inches is the average for a fully grown 21 year old, so I doubt you'll grow much more.

That is true, however its not always the case, your penis can't double exactly in size, sometimes it hardly gets bigger sometimes it will get really bigger than when soft.

There's no size that your penis "should be" - just averages. Maybe the average penis doubles between non-erect and erect. But it doesn't matter.

5.2" is just barely short of adult average. You're plenty big. I'd suggest fooling around a bit before sex and getting comfortable with each other's bodies, though...there's no reason to rush. If she knows your body and you know hers beforehand, there's a lot less tension.

Are you sure you're measuring correctly? Because 11 inches, at 14, is an insanely high percentile.

It will probably make certain parts/types of sex a little uncomfortable or impossible. But you'll manage.

17.9cm (7.0 inches) is above the adult average of around 13.8cm (5.4 inches). 21 cm (8.3 inches) is probably your friends lying their teeth out. Very, very few adults are >20cm, and virtually no teenagers are.

There's nothing wrong with a 5" penis. That's the low range of adult average.

Most people who say that they have one that big (especially at your age) are lying. Sizes that big are extremely rare and the fact that they make it known just makes it obvious they're lying.

5 inches is average so there really isn't a need to fret over it. A good girlfriend won't care and if she does then she isn't worth it.

Keep it in your pants, I'd say.

There's no guarantee a 14-year-old non-virgin who blows guys at parties isn't going to make fun of you. I'm sorry, but that essentially makes her a slut, and accepting oral from her would make you one too. Not only that, but a girl who is serving guys at parties has something to prove. You can never be sure of what that is, or how she's going to act. If it scores points, she may humiliate you undeservedly. It's not because it's a bad person...it's just because people that weak tend to be so insecure they have to justify their existence by giving out sexual pleasure. And that's a red flag.

Well, your at the stage of still growing, and plus you're only 13 by what you have said your developing nicely.

I would say that most people at your age wont be as far as developed as yourself, so i would say you dont have anything to worry about.

there is absolutely no way to tell how much more you will grow - we don't know what your genes will do. I can't even give you a rough estimate - you may stay this way, or you may be 6 inches, or even grow to be 6 1/2...really there's no way to tell...but still, you're a good size anyway! :D

P.s. in my opinion stages do NOT really help you and are not really a map for puberty. Some of those stages are so general that really they don't help at all. yeah that sounds normal/average. People can be at various stages at 13...
it sounds like you might have been early, but that depends on when you started puberty, not your score on the test

See, the test is just a rough guide, and not completely correct all the time. It bases its questions on "how much body hair do you have" and stuff like that, which is 1. opinion and 2. just because you have a lot of body hair dosen't mean you're far into puberty; you could be a hairy guy

But if you got a 3.8 on the test then you're probably doing well. That doesn't mean your almost done or going through puberty really fast, it just means you're progressing nicely

frequent erections are normal, esp during early puberty (12-14). later on, you learn how to control them and they're not as frequent. Not much you can do about them now, as they are largely biological, caused by all those hormones. Try not to think about them, some people find briefs or boxer briefs help, as they keep things close so the movement isnlt as simulating, and they hide the erections better.

The glans are uncomfortable to the touch, this is normal. Retract when you wash in the shower daily, and you'll get used to it, so it won't be as sensitive.
