Anyway to answer your questions:-

Everyones penis grows at a different rate, and just because you were born on the same day as another guy it doesnt meen that he'll be at the same stage of puberty that you are now. So no, his penis might be about the same size as yours but there's no reason why it should be. Could be very different.
I dont really bother measuring flacid size, erect size is more relevant somehow, also your flacid size makes little difference to how big you are erect. Also mine varies on the slack where as my erection is always much the same.

Thats fine, you still need a bit more growing to do - but do not ever get sad yourself you will grow within the next 2 years to a much larger level.

Quite a few guys will be bigger than that at 15, which I guess you know from the tone of the question, but plenty more will be the same as you because its not that unusual. The point is that some guys start puberty later than others and some progress through puberty faster than others, because we're all different. There's nothing you can do to speed up your body clock, so you just have to be patient and let your body develop at its own speed. There's no need to worry just yet and also no way of predicting what size you will end up with.

Welcome to vt.

There's an enormous amount of variety in guys sizes at our age (I'm 15 too) because some guys will have entered puberty early and be well advanced, and others will have started later and be not so well advanced. There will be quite a lot of guys with more than 4.5" at 15 but there will also be plenty more that are the same size as you because its well within the normal range. So you really shouldnt have anything to worry about, you should expect it to grow to a normal adult size in its own good time.

Considering 16 is pretty far into puberty, it would probably be close to the adult average which is 5.5 - 6.5 inches. However you may still have a bit of growing to do so don't worry so much whatever your size is :)

As you've only just started puberty it will take a while to 'get going'. Peoples bodies develop in different ways, some start to get taller, some get hair and some just change all over.

It WILL change. I promise. It will. You'll just have to be patient. Any cases that it doesn't grow is normally people who get that growth defiency order. Which effects all of their body. I don't know the details about this (you don't have it btw, you would know if you did, you'd be really really small and the doctors would of told you)

I know it's difficult and embarresing, but if you don't think about it then there's nothing to be embaressed about. People don't know that you've got a small penis do they?
The only way they'd find out is if you tell them. And girls (or boys whichever way you swing) won't care, shouldn't care. You may hear sluts going on about how huge their boyfriends nob is. But it's rubbish, guys who brag about their size are just as unsure as you are. I know you don't want me to say 'don't worry' but I am. Please don't worry, you'll get their eventually. There's a lot of debarcle around this. As people will measure in different ways. To get the most accurate length; they say its best to get a measuring tape that's not a DIY one, you know one of those that you can roll into a ball.
Then get your penis erect (obviously) and place the measuring tape along the top of your penis, starting from where it begins to...well start really.

Then you should know your penis size, roughly. Did that make sense?

Well we'd need to know how old you are to give a complete answer, but the average adult length, erect, its from 5-7 inches, so you're already in range there, a 5" girth is good too. Size flacid doesnt count for much, lots of us (yeah me too) are pretty small in that way.

Kyle, you're just a late starter. Its nothing to worry about although its not much fun being behind everyone else. You'll start catching up soon no doubt. There's nothing you can do to speed it up, you're probably to young for a doctor to feel its necessary to intervene with any treatment because its quite normal for some guys not to have got that far with puberty at your age.

You haven't said how old you are and, as this is your first post, theres nothing else to go on. (Welcome to vt by the way.) 14cm is 5.5", thats a pretty reasonable size, depending how young or old you are you could be either above or behind average for your age with that size, but your going to end up with a good size either way.

You werent asking about the size, but you did mention it. Your doctor is probably right, they tend to know what they're talking about. For some guys it takes a bit of shall we say exercise to free up the foreskin, so justm gently keep at it. Maybe if you've been able to talk to your mum before, which was brave, you could ask if she would buy you some ky jell, that might help make it more comfortable.

Pretty much so. Thats about 5.5", some guys will have more, some less, but thats a decent size for 15 and already within the adult average bracket which is usually reconned to range from 5-7 inches

Hey, calm down a bit 5.5 is a perfectly good size for 15 yr old. There really are not that many 13 yr olds with 6" or more, thats not the normal size for that age. You are likely to still have more growing yet to happen down there and are alrealy within the average adult range for erect penises.

Dont worry too much about your flacid size, that has no bearing at all on what your erection will be like. Those guys with big flacid bulges probably dont get much bigger when they get a hard on. Lots of guys, including me, dont have much to show on the slack.

What you are going through is perfectly natural. We all mature at different rates, and you may just happen to be a late bloomer. You are just shy of the average adult male, so you may or may not grow larger (penis' are all different shapes and sizes, so we can not tell for sure).

Reguarding whether your hair will turn black, it most likely won't. Your pubic hair really depends on your ethnicity. It is just like your hair. When I was a baby (I am asian by the way) my hair was black, and now that I am older, my hair is still black. Same thing.

I can laugh about it now...I had a friend who claimed to be 11 inches at 14 and I believed him at the time (I am not one to question people). I thought he was the "normal" and that I was just extremely small. I am sure he was lying or he would have had a massive bulge.

You just need a bit more patience Jammy. We dont all develop at the same rate and you've probably got a bit more growing to do yet in that department. Its not that unusual to be 4.5 at 15. I'm sure you'll end up in the normal adult size bracket.

Just try to feel proud of who you are, and not to worry about it. 4" is not unusual at 13, you have lots of puberty left to go through and it will grow. Its useless trying to compare too much at your age because some people start puberty earlier than others, and some people progess through faster than others. Thats just how it is.

yeaa it sounds like your just a late bloomer your penis is normal adult sizee... i would jus wait it out there is nothing you can do too speed things up.
cause 13 is pretty late so you prob wont be done with puebrty untill 20 or so ... so you still have a couple of years to develop

16 is pretty late not to have ejaculated and 4" is going to be on the small size for that age too. It almost certainly is just because you're a late bloomer in which case, although it must be very annoying and frustrating for you, you will get there in the end.

I think if I was in your position I would want to have a word with my doctor just to check it outl.

7" is quite big, at the top end of the average adult size range, so you should feel quite pleased with that. Big enough to impress without getting painful. I think at 16/17 most guys will have reached their adult erection size, and as I said 7" is at the top end of normal.

(You will now receive lots of replies suggesting you're small because all these other guys have 8" or more. Ignore them. Look it up on the internet elsewhere. 7" is a good, top of normal range size.)

Yes your right puberty lasts until your early 20's. It's impossible to tell weather you'll stop growing however I reckon you won't get much bigger penis size wise but you may develop in other ways such as height and pubic hair.

I pretty much agree with Ryan (Neverender) above. Its horrible if guys are poking fun at you in the locker room, just try and remember that that indicates something wrong with them (insensitive bastards) and not with you. From what you've described you are obviously a bit of a late bloomer puberty wise, but lots of guys have the same problem and if you're still 13 its not as if thats really late or anything. So although its a real pain in the butt for you try not to let it worry you, it all sounds perfectly normal and you've just got to wait for things to kick in.

Well I dunno that's the problem, I'm like millimetres of 6 foot tall, I've got quite a bit of underarm hair, I've got pubes however they are quite wirey at the moment and my voice has broken a bit however it is higher than most people but I'm not sure whether it is going to go lower. I don't however have a developed penis, no muscle development, no facial hair or much hair on my legs or arms. So I presume I'm not a late starter cos all my development started when I was quite young (first pubes when 11) however I seem to be developing really slowly :@

I'm not sure, I think you could probably book your own appointment, after all you're legally allowed to move out of home and live on your own when you're 16.

Why dont you try ringing NHS direct, you might be able to talk to someone about your problem, and anyway they know if you could see your doctor without your parents needing to know.
