7 Inches is big (as in the higher-end of Average), particularly for 14. 4 inches soft is normal for 14 or for an adult.

In answer to your last question, it's hard to say but I'd feel it's unlikely. You probably have already grown to get to that penis size, and after the genitals have grown and other parts of the body get more attention from your hormones and brain, the growth slows substantially.

So I really don't think your penis will grow (or needs to grow) much more from what you're at now. I'd wager up to an extra centimetre or so, but that's the limit I would think you'd have, unless you have an ABNORMALLY large penis

If your penis shrinks goes inside your body or same level as your skin, no that's not normal. how big are you erect? Are you overweight? If you are overweight the penis tends to hide inside all the fat. If not, you might want to ask a doctor. Luckily it doesn't happen all the time so I don't think it's major.
