You're fine. I was smaller than you at that age. You're only 13, it'll grow. A way to overcome insecurity is to make a positive comment about yourself whenever you do something, eg. look in a mirror. As for tips, theres not much you can do to speed up puberty, it'll just happen in time.

Ejaculating has no direct connection to penis size. You have to just wait for it to grow. You are only 13, so you have plenty of time to grow and I'm sure it will get bigger. On a side note, if you are able to ejaculate, that is a sign you are moving through puberty and are developing, so penis size will come over the next few years.

You're well within the average penis size for a fully developed adult, and you've still got time to go through puberty and potentially grow further. You've got nothing to worry about with that; masturbating any amount near that is perfectly normal too.

At 13 you're still going through puberty, you've still got plenty of time to grow and develop. Chances are that your friends are lying about their penis size and their pubic hair, not everyone develops at the same rate and some people grow in different areas before others; for example, some people get deeper voices whereas others get body hair. Give your body time to grow and develop.

You gave us all the irrelevant information you could.
There is no, and I repeat, no, none, zero, correlation between Penis size and Masturbation, height, weight, girth, or current length. You could end up the exact same size as you are now or you could have one 12 inches long.

Also, why are you so concerned about exact measurements? Why not 7.1 inches? or 7.3? Why must it be 7.2?

Most likely. You've still got a way to go through puberty, 5 foot is quite short for a man so it's likely that you'll get taller and you're slightly below the average penis size for a fully developed adult so you probably should grow too.

Yes, you are completely fine. At your age, not all guys have began puberty, but just because your penis hasn't started growing doesn't necessarily mean you haven't started puberty. Puberty actually starts with mostly hormonal changes that you can't see, so it's very possible you have started. Sooner or later, you'll notice more changes, but your penis may not grow right away. There is no set order, so it could happen at any time, really.

8 Inches is quite large, above the average for a fully developed adult and definitely above what you'd expect of someone your age. But it's not ridiculously wide and not dangerously large. If your girlfriend is a virgin then it may be more painful than usual for her first time, but nothing to worry about.

Here's your solid proof: yes, you have started puberty. :P
The beginning of puberty actually begins with changes you cannot see (hormones, and the like), and that has definitely happened. If you have the beginnings of pubic/leg hair, etc... there's another sure sign.
As for you still growing, yes, you will, without a doubt. You're only fourteen; most guys still grow until 19/20. You've got plenty of time for everything else to happen.
As for the voice, just don't worry about it. It may be a little embarrassing, but remember, you aren't in control of when it will change, so for people to make fun of you, is just plain stupid. It will crack soon enough, but all you can do is give it time.

3" is smaller than the average size for a fully developed adult, but you've still got quite some time to go through puberty. Based on the averages it's likely that you'll grow to somewhere within the average, which starts at about 5". 3" isn't necessarily small for your age, because of the time that you've still got to develop, don't put too much merit into what you see on this forum and forums like it though - some people do lie.

Depends what Tanner Stage of puberty you're at. Seems like you've already grown your length so I'd say in a year or so you should be able to see growths in girth. But as Giles said, everyone does grow at different rates.

Sure, it could be true. It's the internet. Some people lie, some don't; and you'll never know for sure, and in this case, you don't need to. These people are just teenagers you'll probably never meet, so who cares if they're lying? They'd only be lying to themselves, and it won't do anyone good.

The fact you know that some people would say you're lying seems to suggest that you know full well that that size is well above average for a fully developed adult. If you truly are that size then I'd be very surprised if you grow any more, although at 13 you've got a large period of puberty still to go.

I'm not sure if you mean in actual height of penis size, but it's the same answer for both anyway. Most people get a growth spurt, actual height, at some point and a lot of people get the same for penis length, it won't necessarily happen because everyone is different.
