I'd say it all depends on how far you are through puberty.
If you're still growing, the yes, your penis is still going to grow.

Also, there really is no way to make your penis grow, let it grow naturally

There probably arent, because most teenagers round up a little or allow for growth. So one might be 5.8" but tick the 6-7" box because they assume they will finish puberty at that length, although some might not grow past their length at the time of posting.

As I'm sure you've felt that it is hard right into the base of your pubic area, because it extends a few inches into your abdomen. No, that's bigger than the adult average. I have high doubts you are telling the truth. Make sure to use a ruler rather than tape measure for length as they give more accurate results, place it ontop of your erect penis, with one end touching your body (pubic hair area) and take the reading of that. Why should it matter if its 2-3 inches flaccid? After all, you aren't going to satisfy a girl with a flaccid penis, its the erection that counts. If your 8 inches, you are well endowed, so you don't have to worry about anything.

you should grow, check you're stage using the stage calculator on the boys and girls puberty page, its stickied. My guess is you should end up around 6, cause it sounds like you have a lot of time left to grow.

Measure from the top? I always thought it was from the side. 15.5 years old, 5"7 (171 cm) height, 113 pounds (51 kg) and penis size is 5.1 inches in that case. At what age does the penis stop growing anyway?

First off, don't worry about your size at 14, nobodies gonna really care. Both the hair growth and penis growth will happen over time, theres nothin you can do, so don't try. As for comparing with your friends they won't think your gay, but I wouldn't go straight up to them and ask to. And as for posting pictures and comparing here, that isSTRICTLY PROHIBITED and you would most likely get banned...

Let me put it to you this way, you will keep developing. I can't say if you'll get taller or not, but any other puberty related changes will happen.

Also, nobody can tell you how big your penis will get, but the average adult penis is anywhere between 5-6 inches.
