Dont worry about it, at 13 you're probably still early in puberty with a lot of growing left to come. Its no indication of what size you will finish up with.

Well flacid size doesnt really matter too much, its erect size that is more relevant, but 4" flacid is likely to be above average for your age. I dont think many people would see that as a bad thing!

You are whats called a "shower", which means that your penis size doesnt grow all that much from your flacid size to your erect size. 14 is an age where some guys will be nearly done with growing down there while others may have barely started so there's going to be a huge variation in sizes. You're probably a bit behind the average for your age but with years left for growing thats no indication that you will end up with a small size. Lots of other guys will be your size too so, yes its normal.

Yes, 6" is within the 'normal' range for an adult, and the high end of average for being 14.
There is a possibility that you will grow longer, but there's also the possibility that you won't. Bodies are weird like that, you never really never know what they're going to do next.

Well without giving us a measurement its hard to comment on whether your size really is small or not, but if you are only just 14 its too young to worry, you have years of growth left yet. You cant really be a late bloomer at that age because its normal for some guys still to be early in puberty. Stay cool.

Puberty usually lasts into your early to mid 20s.

Its impossible to say, you could well grow that much more at your age, but then again you could just be an early developer, so you will have to wait and see.

Be patient, there's nothing you can do to speed things up. Your doctor would be very unlikely to give you hormone treatment at 14, sure its later than average but its still normal for some guys to start puberty later than that.

No one can tell you for sure, it just depends how early you started puberty and how far through you are. I'm sure you know that's pretty big already, at the top end of the normal adult range, so it could well be that you've done most of your growing in that department. Mine hasnt grown much since 15.

I am wondering if my weight is an issue and if i should try to get down to about 200 lbs or if i will continue to grow more or if i should try some penis exercises such as the jelq etc.i know many people say size doesnt matter blah blah but im sure it really does. personally i would be perfectly fine with 6" and i just dont want to be rejected once i get to college. oh and the twist is that im black so girls im sure will be let down.

I am a newly turned 17 year old guy . I am about 6'3" and about 235 lbs. I am not fat but im not in the best shape, i am very much in the middle. I just finished a season of football so i gained a little weight because of that. I know that this rarely has anything to do with anything but im not too sure how far along i am in puberty, because i very little facial hair but my pubic hair seems to reach my upper thigh area. My true question is about my penis, when flaccid it is only about 2 inches long and 1.5 measured across. When erect i am about 4.5 and about 2 inches measured across. I'll be honest, and not lie to you, 4.5" is fairly small (Assuming you're measuring right) for being 17, but it isn't the end of the world, you still have a good 4-8 years of puberty left in you.
Yes, you should lose some weight there. Being overweight, as you are, can have an effect on your testosterone levels, which in turn, can cause your penis to not grow as long as it would have had you had 'normal' testosterone levels. But, having a longer penis shouldn't be the only reason for losing weight, mate. Being healthy should be the primary reason for losing weight.

Also, I'll think you'll find, that women aren't as stuck-up as they're made out to be. If a girl really likes you, she won't care how big, or small, your penis is. Regardless if you're black, white, brown, green, blue, or whatever.

That's a very normal size to have, you're very close to the average adult (erect) size there and almost certainly still growing.

How far through puberty are you in other ways? You're probably a little behind average for your age there, but you still have several years of potential for further growth so I wouldnt worry too much.
