I love this old clunker of a camera! This was taken on my 1964 Polaroid 240 folder camera. It was shot on Fuji FP-100C film.. (I love the stuff!) A shiny new flash bulb was used in the process.. Polaroid's HATE low light.. anything under eye-scortch level is too dark. This was around 5:00PM or so. Here I am, aboard my trusty Raleigh Sports 3 Speed bicycle. Built in England at the Nottingham factory in the year 1938. It's all original.. save for the lamp. It's a 50's era setup.. with a built in horn! (Believe me, the neighbors LOVE it!) Okay.. so their kids do... maybe they don't?:whoops: It also has a Bermuda Bell and generator lamps as a backup. Top speed is 35MPH. Internal Gear Sturmey Archer hub too!

I actually really like it :) It's got composition, it has a touch of old adage and I know it hates low light but you've transformed it into a descent portrait. It's very well storied out too...just some advice though...Polaroids like lots of landscape. I don't have one myself but I've seen various films of old Polaroids (some dating back to the 60s) and they are all beautiful landscapes- you might like to try that some time!

Wow... the colors - for a 1964 Polaroid? Looks great, I would've thought the picture was taken my some modern camera!
