You mean your signature? Just do it the same way you would on your computer. Go to the control panel, click on signature, and upload a new one. Which step is troubling you?

Ya my avatar....alright thanks for showing me how to get there but now when i try to upload it says i gotta resize it. Does that mean i should crop it or something?

Likely yes. From the page, "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 120 by 120 pixels or 64.0 KB"
So I'd double check the sizing of the image you want to use, and that aught to solve problems.
