bit of an awkard situation

Well, there is this girl I kinda like. I have asked her out once already she said no. She currently goes out with the guy tht bullied me but im friends wiv him now. She isnt happy that he flirts wiv other girls and has wet dreams over other girls and she thinks that he justed wanted to have sex wiv her. No she is probably going to break up wiv him, should I ask her out again? He hangs out by us both all the time, so it would be awkward. Any advice? I have been giving her advice since she hasnt been happy. I really like her!
